2. Eligibility & Accounts:

To use Retseaz, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Retseaz is not responsible for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

3. Services Provided:

Retseaz is a SaaS platform designed to assist fashion businesses and designers with AI-powered digital tools including (but not limited to):

• AI Garment Design

• Collection Management

• Design Inspiration Upload & Editing

• AI-generated fashion concepts

• Credit-based AI features

Features may be updated, modified, or removed at any time as Retseaz continues to improve the platform.

4. Free Trials & Subscriptions:

Retseaz may offer a free trial for new users. Trial duration and eligibility are determined by Retseaz and may change from time to time.

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected at checkout.

5. Payments & Failed Transactions:

All subscription fees are due in advance.

If a payment fails:

• Retseaz may automatically retry the payment

• Access to the Platform may be temporarily restricted

• Continued failure may result in account suspension until payment is resolved

Retseaz is not responsible for service interruptions caused by failed payments.

6. Cancellation & Plan Changes:

Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

Upon cancellation:

• Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle

• No refunds will be issued for unused time or partially used periods

7. User Content & Ownership:

Users retain full ownership of any content, designs, files, or data uploaded to Retseaz.

By using the Platform, you grant Retseaz a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to upload any content submitted to Retseaz.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer:

Retseaz uses artificial intelligence to generate fashion designs, concepts, and recommendations.

By using Retseaz, you acknowledge:

• AI-generated outputs are conceptual and may not reflect real-world production results

• Retseaz does not guarantee design accuracy or manufacturability

• Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before production

• AI-generated designs may unintentionally resemble existing designs

• Retseaz does not guarantee uniqueness of AI-generated content

Retseaz is not responsible for:

• Manufacturing outcomes

• Design similarity claims

• Production errors

• Business decisions made based on AI outputs

Use of AI-generated outputs is at the user’s own risk.

9. Credits & Usage:

Retseaz operates on a credit-based system for AI-powered features.

• Credits are required to generate AI designs and use certain AI features

• Credits are allocated based on subscription plans or purchased separately

• Credits are non-transferable between accounts

• Credits have no monetary value

• Credits are non-refundable unless required by law

• Credits may expire depending on plan terms

Retseaz reserves the right to adjust credit usage requirements at any time.

10. Booster / Top-Up Credits: 

Users may purchase additional credits via booster or top-up purchases.

• Booster credits are one-time purchases

• Booster credits are non-refundable unless required by law

• Booster credits are linked to the purchasing account only

• Booster credits are non-transferable

• Booster credits may expire depending on platform policies

Retseaz reserves the right to modify booster pricing and availability at any time.

11. Platform Availability:  

Retseaz aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.We may perform maintenance, updates, or feature changes at any time without prior notice.

12. Prohibited Use: 

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Platform

• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy software

• Use Retseaz for unlawful purposes

• Upload harmful or illegal content

• Interfere with system security or performance

13. Suspension & Termination:

Retseaz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms

• Fail to make required payments

• Misuse the Platform

Users may also terminate their account at any time.

14. Limitation of Liability:  

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Retseaz shall not be liable for:

• Loss of business

• Loss of revenue

• Loss of profits

• Data loss

• Manufacturing errors

• AI-generated inaccuracies

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

15. Refund Policy: 

Unless required by law:

• Subscription fees are non-refundable

• Booster/top-up credit purchases are non-refundable

• Unused credits are non-refundable

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.

16. Changes to Platform: 

Retseaz reserves the right to:

• Add new features

• Modify existing features

• Remove features

• Adjust pricing

Users will be notified where required.

17. Governing Law:   

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
